Let’s be real—we invest time, energy, and money into everything and everyone: our families, jobs, homes, even Netflix subscriptions (let’s not talk about the monthly memberships we forget to cancel). But when was the last time you made an intentional investment in you?
This month, I want to remind you (and maybe give you a loving push!) that you are worthy of your own care. Your health, happiness, and peace are not luxuries—they’re essentials.
Here a 4 Ways to Invest In Yourself This Month:
1. Time: Book a Meeting With Yourself
Start with just 10-15 minutes a day. Use it to stretch, go for a walk, prep a nourishing meal, or journal. When you schedule time for yourself like you would a doctor’s appointment, it shifts everything. For me it’s warm coffee while listening to a meditation with my dogs beside me.
2. Energy: Stop Running on Empty
Notice what drains you vs. what fills you up. It’s okay to say no to things that don’t align. You don’t have to do it all—just what matters most.
3. Money: Spend Where It Supports You
Whether it's hiring a coach, buying better quality food, or getting new walking shoes, the right investment in your wellness pays you back in energy, confidence, and longevity.
4. Belief: Trust That You Deserve This
Repeat after me: “I am worth the time, energy, and support I give to everyone else.” Say it again. And again. Because the way we speak to ourselves shapes what we allow ourselves to receive.
